Functional Health Coaching
What is a functional health coach? A functional health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority educating, inspiring and empowering clients to feel their best through food, lifestyle changes, exercise, personal relationships, and functional medicine science to transform the overall health and wellbeing of the entire person.
The work we do together will teach you how to create a lifestyle that will generate a healthy, happy you both inside and out. Taking care of ourselves is how we put fuel in our tank.
A Functional Health and LifeStyle Coaching program will provide:
A personalized plan using Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes as a path to optimal health and as a defense against the effects of stress and chronic disease
Goals that embrace all of who you are body, mind, heart, and soul in a way that is empowering
A baseline evaluation of body composition and close monitoring of improvements
An understanding of the psychology of eating and your relationship to food
Step by step guidance and support throughout the program
Results that include more energy, better health and fewer cravings
A review of recent blood work
